He doesn't resist when Rufus pulls him in, and he stays close to continue kissing him. Rufus was like a place of calm he could come to for shelter in a storm. Maybe because being around him forced him to find strength enough to remind the man that he can protect him. Yet at the same time he felt comfortable enough to let his guard down around him enough to relax completely.

When more skin is revealed to him, he takes his time appreciating it with his hands, letting Rufus enjoy gloved fingertips against his chest and nipples while they kiss. He catches Rufus' tongue between his teeth and sucks at it before he pulls back to hurriedly draw of that glove with his teeth to better kiss his boss.

Rude's tie is getting a little tighter each time Rufus tugs on it, but he doesn't loosen it.
