Listen, sorry, he's not Tseng or someone, he's not physically dressing Rufus in it manually. Or maybe he would, but he's busy searching for these supposed black pants. What he finds are as good as skinny jeans, "distressed" in that style that tells Reno that, yeah, Tseng probably brought these here. Why does he think that's still in style? It's really not! But it's got a certain, y'know... devil-may-care vibe to it that Reno can appreciate it. He tosses those over on the bed, too. "Those look like they'll be nice and tight. That's important."
