Red lights in the windows of nearly every front-facing establishment, with scantily clad women standing out front to lure in potential customers. The bars and clubs, if you can call these places that, are a ruckus from the inside out, often with fights going on out front that Reno has to carefully lead Rufus around to steer clear of. And the gang activity isn't great, either. The place is littered with alarmingly well-armed thugs that watch them from the shadows in some places and make overtures of threats in others, Look at these uppity li'l shits. Shinra scum, no doubt.
